Administration and Staff

An Administrator is like a stage manager. The administrator sees that the sets are in order, the space is well utilized, the materials and equipment are on hand and appropriately located, and that health, safety and aesthetic factors are given consideration as well as the staff and financial affairs of the facility.

The principal of NewTyme School is an experienced educator with a bachelors and masters degree in elementary education, and a doctorate in Educational Leadership. Emphasis with each has been early childhood, gifted and talented education, and administration. In addition, the principal is a licensed administrator and teacher through the Utah State Office of Education.

All teachers (K-12) have degrees in education and are licensed through the Utah State Office of Education. Para-professionals have educational training in the field needed. (i.e. early childhood)

Staff members and para-professionals participate in a continuous program of in-service and educational studies for professional advancement in order to remain alert to the ever changing needs of today's families and children, and to the findings of current research concerning education.

NewTyme School actively encourages parent participation and involvement in all aspects of the educational process.
